Ingredients (one serving)
1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
1 small prickly pear, without thorns, washed well
1 chunk of aloe vera of approximately 2 inches
1 slice of fresh pineapple
1 small stalk of celery, washed and disinfected Leaves of parsley to taste and disinfected
(You can also use lemon for disinfectant)
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend at high speed for three minutes
Drink it on empty stomach as soon as it is made.
