Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both staff and other clients, we maintain the following booking policy: All cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be completed at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 12 hours of the appointment, no refund or credit will be issued. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are considered late cancellations and will also receive no refund. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
